Purpose

• Provide feedback and input on KM issues associated with the Mission Command Training Program (MCTP) and the identification of gaps in KM throughout the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) domains.
• Provide a forum for Echelons above Brigade (EAB) Knowledge Managers (KMs) throughout the Operational Army to discuss issues, experiences, and solution.
• Identification and presentation of Knowledge Management (KM) and organizational best practices (proven practices).
• Provide KM professionals with tools and informational updates that affect KM throughout the operational force.
