Zach Griffiths and Theo Lipsky are in the studio to explain why you absolutely should share your ideas more widely. They join our Editor-in-Chief, JP Clark, to discuss publishing for professional purposes and the Chief of Staff of the Army's (CSA) Harding Project, an effort to renew professional publications, strengthen the profession, and ultimately enhance the warfighting capability of the U.S. Army.
As the Army renews its professional journals, these Harding Fellows play an important role in strengthening the Army profession. The application window for the second group of Harding Fellows will open in August for active-duty captains, master sergeants, and chief warrant officer 4 from the Infantry, Maneuver Support, Sustainment, Air Defense, Special Operations, and Military Intelligence branches. Other branches will have a chance to apply next fall.
Applications for the second group of fellows for the Harding Fellowship are being accepted until September 10th. More information about this opportunity for active-duty captains, noncommissioned officers of the rank of E8, and chief warrant officers 4 is available here.
The call to increase professional discourse through renewal of professional military writing continues. Find writing guidance in this special edition of the Military Review.

#MarchMasters is coming! We need your input! Who are your favorite content creators? Send them to ALx today! Who’s considered a content creator? A content creator is any person or entity that creates leader development material through any medium or channel that contributes to the betterment of the Army profession. And, in case you don’t know…. March Masters, like the NCAA’s March Madness, is a single-elimination competition. However, instead of players duking it out on the basketball court, leader development content creators go head-to-head in social media polls to determine the best creators. More to come!!!
